
Ingredient:
1 tbsp Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 1 cup Ketchup 1/2-1 tsp Chinese Hot mustard 1 lrg Garlic Clove (minced) 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1-3 tsp Asian Chili Paste with Garlic
Direction:
1. Combine all ingredients except chili paste in a small saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat. 3. Stir in chili paste. 4. Makes 1 1/4 cups. 5. To use: Brush on chicken, beef or pork while grilling.
