Ingredient:
3 tbsp Powdered Mustard 2 tbsp Hot Water 1/2 cup Soy Sauce or Tamari Sauce 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds (toasted) 1 Garlic Clove
Direction:
1. In a small bowl, blend mustard and water into a paste. 2. Pour paste into blender container; add remaining ingredients and process about 1 minute or until smooth. 3. Serving Suggestion for Sauces: Use as a dipping sauce for chicken or steak, or as a dressing for bean or alfalfa sprout salad.
